Ownership sits with the relevant author, business, creator or licensor. A reference on this website does not transfer rights or mean that every item is owned by the same entity.

The book and associated material
The Finanze Framework™: Property Strategy & Finance Success is authored by Alastair Hoyne and published by Finanze Strategy Ltd under licence. Copyright in the author’s original text belongs to Alastair Hoyne, subject to any relevant publishing agreements. Illustrations, photographs, cover artwork, layout and third-party contributions may have separate owners or licences.
Website extracts, reader previews, chapter walkthroughs, recordings and any future audiobook are not a licence to reproduce the full book or create a competing edition, translation, adaptation, course or recording. Purchase of a copy grants the rights supplied with that edition and applicable law, rather than ownership of the underlying copyright.
Website, media, tools and other original work
Original articles, scripts, diagrams, models, explanations, graphics, photographs, recordings, software, calculators, report templates and website designs may be protected by copyright, database rights, design rights or other applicable rights. Guest contributions, platform assets and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and permissions.
Know-how and confidential material
Non-public deal structuring methods, operational processes, underwriting approaches, pricing logic, systems, source code, research, commercial relationships and other know-how may be protected by confidentiality, contract and, where the legal requirements are met, trade-secret law. Access through a discussion, engagement or controlled document does not remove an agreed confidentiality obligation.
Not everything is a trade secret: confidentiality protection depends on the information and how it is kept and disclosed. Publicly available book or website content is not described as confidential merely because it is commercially valuable.
Custom strategies and products
Finanze’s custom product structures, original worked examples, models, branded materials and implementation documents may embody protected expression, confidential know-how or contractual rights. This includes material relating to title split finance, lease extension finance and other specialist structures, where applicable.
We do not claim exclusive ownership of generic property strategies, mathematical formulae, valuation principles, public facts or independently developed ideas. The ability to use a general concept does not give permission to copy protected text, diagrams, software, templates or branding, misuse confidential information or imply a Finanze affiliation.
Permitted reference, quotation and sharing
You may link to this website and share its published links. Reasonable quotation, criticism, review, research and other statutory exceptions remain available where their legal conditions are met, including attribution where required. Permission already provided under a valid licence is respected.
Approved press photographs, book covers, biographies and media assets may be used within the accompanying media-use terms. Retain credits and notices, do not alter the meaning of quotations, and do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement that has not been agreed.
Commercial reuse and brand permissions
Unless a valid licence or statutory exception applies, obtain written permission from the relevant rights holder before reproducing substantial protected material, adapting or translating it, republishing it, white-labelling it, reselling it, using it in paid products or courses, or distributing copies. Do not remove rights notices or use our branding to imply an association.
A logo download or the appearance of a trade mark on a public page does not create a general brand licence. Third-party permissions must come from the appropriate owner.
Search engines, AI discovery and automated reuse
Ordinary search-engine and AI-search discovery, indexing, links and lawful short references are not prohibited by this notice. Attribution and links to the original source are encouraged. This does not grant a blanket licence to reproduce substantial protected content, create substitute publications, train systems on protected material where permission is required, or misrepresent authorship or endorsement. Applicable statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Permission requests and rights concerns
Contact info@alastairhoyne.com with the material, proposed use, audience, format, territory, duration and whether the use is commercial. We will refer requests to the relevant owner where necessary. If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, identify the work, the relevant URL, your connection to the rights holder and how we can contact you.
